I am a member of the Certified Commercial Property Inspectors Association CCPIA - a 501(c)(6) nonprofit organization and federally tax-exempt membership trade association. As a member of the CCPIA, I've completed hands-on training programs, including online courses, on-site training, and training with inspection tools and equipment.
